The Good Fellowship Volunteer Relief Association was created to benefit the health, welfare, training and safety of the active members of the Good Fellowship Club of Chester County, Inc. The Relief Association is a 501(c)3 corporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and supported with funds received from Pennsylvania Foreign Fire Tax collected by the Commonwealth. These are distributed by the municipalities that the Good Fellowship Club of Chester County, Inc. serve.

When seeking payment for training or conferences from the Good Fellowship Volunteer Relief Association you must first fill out a request form and have it approved prior to the event. Please use the this interactive PDF form for your request. Then route the form by e-mail, leaving in the supervisor office or mailing it to the relief association.
