Our keynote speaker has extensive experience in designing and delivering personal safety awareness and has amassed a substantial amount of foundational leadership and safety development experience during his nearly 30 years as a police officer and paramedic.

Dr. Ben Usatch, MD, FAAEM, NREMT-P

Dr. Ben Usatch has been involved in EMS for more than 30 years. He serves as the medical director for Narberth Ambulance and other community and hospital-based units in the Philadelphia area. He works as an attending physician and the EMS director at the Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, Pa. Dr. Usatch is also the medical director of Montgomery County Public Safety overseeing all of the EMS units in the county for clinical compliance and quality assurance.

Dr. Matthew Rosen, MD

Dr. Matthew Rosen is a Trauma Surgeon affiliated with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He interacts with EMS regularly as an attending Trauma Surgeon at Paoli Hospital.

Dr. Duane Siberski, DO, FACOEP, FACEP

Dr. Duane Siberski is an emergency medicine doctor in Reading, Pennsylvania and is affiliated with Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He received his medical degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is one of the Region 2 TEMS team co-medical directors and a Pennsylvania state regional medical director for the eastern region.

Darren Ensinger-Girardeau, MSN, RN, CCRN, CEN, CFRN, CPEN, PHRN

Darren is the Clinical Manager of Chester County Hospital responsible for a staff of over 60 direct reports and maintain 24/7 accountability for my unit. I am skilled at scheduling, performance evaluation, process improvement, and customer service. His 14 years of healthcare experience include Critical Care, Emergency, Pre-hospital 911 Care, Critical Care Ground Transport & Flight Nursing, and most recently Administration.
