**Resilience & Self Care for EMS Workers! **
Please join us Monday at 1830 for a very special third-Monday continuing education course. This class intends to help us EMS providers understand the foundations of resilience and how stress works. Help us learn practical coping strategies for challenging situations, and practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
This course is available in person or via web ex. Registration will close at 3pm on the day of the Con Ed class or when the class is full. A link will be sent out the day of the class to those joining via web ex.
