Life is Precious!

Addiction takes a terrible toll on many families.  So many of our loved ones struggle every day to break free of this menace.   There is no easy answer and no quick solution.   Every life has value, and every life is worth fighting for.   We can never give up the fight!

Good Fellowship has partnered with Chester County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services to reduce the incidence of accidental drug overdoses.  Education and treatment are critical to preserving life.  As difficult as it may be, you must also be prepared in the event your loved one suffers a medical emergency.  Good Fellowship wants to do everything we can to help you recognize and intervene should a medical emergency occur in your home.

Good Fellowship and the  Chester County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services have joined forces in “Project Naloxone”.  Naloxone has been described as the miracle medication that can immediately reverse the effects that opioids (heroin and certain prescription pain medications) have on the body.  It is truly a life-saving medication.  The goal of “Project Naloxone” is to provide education on how you can acquire Naloxone and how it is used in the event of a medical emergency.  Administering Naloxone is incredibly easy – most commonly given as a nasal spray – but its use can mean the difference between life and death.

There is no cost for the training, and we may be able to assist you in the process to acquire Naloxone. All we ask is that you allow us to help you.
